An end of lease clean covers everything in a deep clean, including the oven, fridge and window interiors, plus the places a final inspection tends to look: inside cupboards and drawers, doors, handles and light switches, full-height walls and behind where furniture stood.
Your cleaner brings all the products and equipment. Use the notes field when you book to list anything your property manager has asked for, so your cleaner knows before they arrive.

An end of lease clean is $330 for the first 3 hours, then $95 for each extra hour. Products and equipment are included. You see the full price before you book, and the price you confirm is the price you pay.
Is end of lease cleaning the same as a bond clean?
Yes. End of lease cleaning, bond cleaning and vacate cleaning all describe the same job: a thorough clean of the property before you return the keys.
What does an end of lease clean include?
Everything in a deep clean, such as inside the oven and fridge, window interiors, skirting boards and bathroom grout, plus inside cupboards and drawers, behind and under movable furniture, doors, handles and light switches, and full-height wall spot-cleaning.
Will I get my bond back?
Your bond is decided by your landlord or property manager after the final inspection, so no cleaning service can promise the outcome. Check your lease and entry condition report, and add anything your property manager has asked for to the notes when you book so your cleaner can focus on it.
Does it include carpet steam cleaning or outside windows?
No. External windows, carpet steam cleaning and pest control are not included. If your lease asks for them, book a specialist separately.
When should I book my end of lease clean?
Book it for after most of your belongings have gone, so your cleaner can get inside cupboards and to the spots furniture was covering. Booking a few days ahead gives cleaners near you time to apply.
