What’s included in a deep clean
A deep clean goes further than a regular clean. Along with dusting, floors, the kitchen and bathrooms, your cleaner does the detail work that builds up over time: inside the oven and fridge, window interiors, skirting boards, grout and soap scum.
When you book, choose Spring Clean or Moving In/Out. Both are priced as a deep clean. Leaving a rental? Book an end of lease clean instead, which adds cupboards, walls, doors and light switches.

Once the clean is done, pay the price you confirmed by card in the app or online, or in cash if you chose cash when booking.

Deep cleaning questions
How much does a deep clean cost?
A deep clean is $300 for the first 3 hours, then $85 for each extra hour. Products and equipment are included. You see the full price before you book, and the price you confirm is the price you pay.
What is included in a deep clean?
Everything in a regular clean, plus inside the oven and fridge, window interiors, a detail clean of skirting boards, bathroom descaling and grout scrubbing, cobweb removal and spot-cleaning walls.
Is a deep clean the same as a spring clean or a moving clean?
Yes. When you book a one-off clean you pick Spring Clean or Moving In/Out, and both are priced as a deep clean. If you are leaving a rental and need it ready for the final inspection, book an end of lease clean instead.
Do I need to provide anything?
No. Your cleaner brings all the products and equipment, and they are included in the price. You can add notes when you book, such as rooms to focus on or pets at home.
What is not included?
External windows, carpet steam cleaning and pest control are not part of a one-off clean. If you need them, book a specialist separately.
How many hours does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home. You choose the hours when you book, with a minimum of 3 hours, and the price updates as you go. If your cleaner needs more time on the day, they ask in the app, and nothing is added unless you approve it.
